Agree or disagree: Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers
英検準1級2018年度第3回ライティング問題より
Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. There are two reasons for this.
The first reason is that the number of old people in Japan is increasing. This is called an aging population. Because of this, there are fewer young people who can work. Many shops and companies do not have enough workers. If more foreign workers come to Japan, there will be enough people to do the jobs.
The second reason is globalization. Many companies now work with people from other countries. If foreign workers join Japanese companies, they can help connect Japan with the world. Also, companies can learn more about different cultures. Some people may worry that foreign workers cannot speak Japanese well. But they can still work in places like convenience stores or restaurants, where they do not need to speak a lot of Japanese.
For these two reasons, I think Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. (152 words)

賛成か反対か：日本企業はより多くの外国人労働者を雇うべきだ
日本の会社は、もっと外国人を雇うべきだと思います。その理由は二つあります。
一つ目の理由は、日本の高齢化人口が増えているからです。日本では、お年寄りの数がどんどん増えています。そのため、働くことができる若い人が少なくなり、お店や会社で人手が足りなくなっています。そこで、外国の人に来てもらって働いてもらえば、人手不足を解決することができます。
二つ目の理由は、グローバル化が進んでいるからです。今、いろいろな国と仕事をすることが増えています。外国人の働く人がいると、日本の会社は外国のことをもっと知ることができます。そして、外国のお客さんとも交流しやすくなります。日本語があまり話せない外国人でも、コンビニやレストランなら働くことができます。
この二つの理由から、日本の会社は、もっと外国人を雇うべきだと思います。
