I do not think worldwide ban on weapons of mass destruction is an attainable goal.
I have two reasons to support my view. The first reason is that humans cannot stop wars. People are greedy, so they would like to increase their land or obtain resources from other countries. Some people might say that such people should restrain their feelings but history teaches us that they do not.
The second reason is that reducing weapons of mass destruction means it makes countries weaker in terms of armed forces. Therefore, if other countries have them, most countries ought to have mass destruction weapons of their own. Although a ban on weapons of mass destruction is possible, even if most countries abolished having them and making them, some countries will still secretly possess them.
For these reasons above, I do not think that a worldwide ban on weapons of mass destruction is an attainable goal. (153 words)

大量破壊兵器の世界的な禁止は達成可能な目標であるか
大量破壊兵器の世界的な禁止は達成可能な目標ではないと思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、人間は戦争を止めることができないということです。人々は貪欲なので、土地を増やしたり、他の国から資源を手に入れたいと思っています。そのような人は自分の気持ちを抑えるべきだと言う人もいるかもしれませんが、歴史は私たちにそうしないことを教えています。
第二の理由は、大量破壊兵器を減らすことは、国を軍隊の面で弱体化させることを意味するということです。したがって、他の国がそれらを持っている場合、ほとんどの国は自国の大量破壊兵器を持っているはずです。大量破壊兵器の禁止は可能ですが、ほとんどの国が大量破壊兵器の保有を廃止して製造したとしても、一部の国は依然として密かに大量破壊兵器を保有しています。
上記の理由から、大量破壊兵器の世界的な禁止は達成可能な目標ではないと思います。
