Agree of disagree: Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.

I believe that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. Here are two reasons to support my view.
Firstly, foreign workers are superior in terms of motivation. Most of them come to Japan to earn more money. Some people may argue that it means Japanese workers may lose their jobs but they should make more efforts to brush themselves up.
Secondly, globalization has been developing. It means that Japanese companies have to make items which people from other countries want. Although they might not be able to speak Japanese well, Japanese companies will learn new ideas from them to make new items for other countries.
For these reasons, in my opinion, Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. (118 words)

賛成か反対か：日本企業はもっと外国人労働者を雇用すべきである。
私は、日本企業はもっと外国人労働者を雇うべきだと思います。私の考えを支持する2つの理由があります。
第一に、外国人労働者はモチベーションの点で優れています。彼らの多くは、より多くの収入を得るために日本に来ています。日本人労働者は職を失うかもしれないという意見もあるかもしれませんが、もっと自分を磨く努力をすべきです。
第二に、グローバル化が進展しています。つまり、日本企業は他国の人々が欲しがるものを作らなければならないということです。彼らは日本語を上手に話せないかもしれませんが、日本企業は彼らから新しいアイデアを学び、海外向けの新しい商品を作ることができます。
このような理由から、日本企業はもっと外国人労働者を雇うべきだと私は思います。
