Should people's salaries be based on their job performance?
I believe that salaries should be based on job performance for two reasons.
The first reason is that it helps to increase employees’ motivation. If people receive salaries that match their performance, they will be more motivated to work actively. Some may argue that those who cannot achieve good results will lose motivation, but such people should find jobs that suit them better.
The second reason is that it leads to increased company profits. If high-performing employees stay motivated, the company’s overall performance will improve. Some may worry that if salaries are based on performance, people will avoid doing tasks like routine work. However, this issue can be solved by creating a system that properly evaluates such tasks as well.
For these reasons, I believe that salaries should be based on job performance. (133 words)

私は、給料は仕事の成果に基づくべきだと考えます。理由は二つあります。

以上の理由から、私は給料は仕事の成果に基づくべきだと考えます。
