Should companies be required to produce goods that are easy to recycle?


     Companies should be required to produce products that are easy to recycle. There are two reasons for this.
     The first reason is that there are very few products that are easy to recycle. This is the result of allowing companies to produce products freely, and this situation is not good for the environment. Many of today’s products require extra effort from consumers to recycle, so most people do not recycle them.
     The second reason is that recycling makes people happy. People feel joy when they contribute to society in some way. As a result, recycling benefits not only the environment but also improves the image of companies that produce recyclable products. Some may argue that producing recyclable products is costly, but as mentioned earlier, improving a company’s image can ultimately lead to increased profits.
     For these reasons, I believe companies should be required to produce products that are easy to recycle. (151 words)
