Agree or Disagree : Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.
2018年度 第3回 英検準1級ライティング問題より
I think that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.
First reason is that their cultures are different so we can be friends and learn about foreign countries' culture and traditions. For example, if we work and be friends with foreign workers, we can learn about foreign foods and various other things.
The next reason is that maybe a lot of foreign people would like to work in Japan's companies. So we can have new people with new skill sets. For example, maybe some foreign people might have great skills that Japanese companies would want to have.
The last reason is that some foreign workers can earn a higher salary here than in their countries. For example, the salaries in China are low so if Chinese workers come and work in Japan, they can earn a higher salary.
For all the reasons above, I believe that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. (153 words)
