I think companies need to improve the way they treat workers. There are two reasons for this.
The first reason is health. Some workers get sick because they work too much. Companies are trying to fix this problem, but their efforts are not enough yet. If workers stay healthy, they can work better and feel happier.
The second reason is male-female equality. There are very few women in top management positions. Some people say this is because men worked harder, but if there were more female leaders, companies could make better products for women and create a better workplace for female workers.
For these reasons, I believe companies should improve the way they treat workers. (115 words)

企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要がありますか？
私は、企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要があると思います。これには理由が二つあります。
一つ目の理由は、健康を害する従業員がいるからです。働きすぎによって病気になる人がいます。会社はこの問題を防ぐためにさまざまな取り組みを行っていますが、まだ十分ではありません。
二つ目の理由は、男女平等ではないからです。特に、経営幹部の女性の割合は圧倒的に少ないです。これは男性が努力した結果だという意見もありますが、女性の幹部の割合が増えた方が、女性向けの商品が作られたり、女性が働きやすい環境を整えたりすることにつながるでしょう。
