I think that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that their salaries are too low. For example, many companies do not pay for overtime work even though according to the law, it is illegal to do so. Some people might say that their salaries are not low but there are more people who say their salaries are too low.
The second reason is that many people have a bad work-life balance because of their work. For instance, some people do not have enough time to bond with their family due to having to go to work even during holidays. Although it may be due to their lack of efficiency to finish their work quickly, to some extent, the pressure from their companies forces them to work even harder.
Based on the two reasons above, companies should provide more comfortable workplaces for employees. (159 words)

企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要があると思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
