Do companies need to improve the way they treat their workers?

I strongly believe that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that companies have problems in terms of male-female equality. Especially, in Japan, there are many men in key positions. Some people might say that men get the positions by putting in effort by themselves, but it is strange that there are few women in key positions.
The second reason is that there are some workers who have or had been sick due to working too much. It is obvious that working too much is bad for health. Some people might say that such people should control how long they work but there is too much pressure in companies that they should work more.
For the reasons above, I think it is necessary for companies to improve the way they treat their workers. (149 words)

企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要があると強く信じています。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、企業が男女平等の面で問題を抱えていることです。特に日本では、重要なポジションにいる男性がたくさんいます。男性は自分で力を入れてポジションを獲得すると言う人もいるかもしれませんが、重要なポジションにいる女性が少ないのはおかしいです。
第二の理由は、働きすぎで病気になっている、または病気になった労働者がいることです。働きすぎると健康に悪いことは明らかです。そのような人は彼らが働く時間を制御するべきであると言う人もいるかもしれませんが、企業にはもっと働くべきであるというプレッシャーが大きすぎます。
以上の理由から、企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要があると思います。
