Should Japan do more to protect its historic sites?

I do not think Japan needs to do any more to protect its historic sites. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is Japan already allocates a substantial budget towards protecting its historical sites. A large number of tourists who visit Japan have acknowledged that they are satisfied with the way historical sites are maintained. Therefore, Japan could focus on spending money to increase the number of tourists rather than spending on historic sites which are already well taken care of.
The second reason is the rapid development in technology in today's world. As a result, protecting historic sites can now be easier and cheaper than before. Due to this, the Government will be able to reduce costs while protecting and maintaining historic sites from getting damaged or destroyed. The money could be diverted for other useful purposes.
I conclude that the Japanese Government is taking sufficient steps to protect historic sites and does not need to do anything more in this regard. (167 words)

日本は史跡を守るためにこれ以上するべきか。
日本は史跡を守るためにこれ以上何もする必要はないと思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、日本がすでに史跡の保護にかなりの予算を割り当てていることです。日本を訪れる多くの観光客は、史跡の整備に満足していることを認めています。したがって、日本は、すでに手入れが行き届いている史跡にお金をかけるのではなく、観光客の数を増やすためにお金を使うことに集中することができます。
第二の理由は、今日の世界における技術の急速な発展です。その結果、史跡の保護が以前よりも簡単かつ安価になりました。これにより、政府は史跡の損傷や破壊を防ぎ、維持しながらコストを削減することができます。お金は他の有用な目的に転用される可能性があります。
日本政府は史跡を保護するために十分な措置を講じており、この点に関してこれ以上何もする必要はないと私は結論付けています。
