Should Japan do more to protect its historic sites?

I think that Japan should do more to protect its historic sites. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that there are some dirty tourist destinations. For example, most of the coastal tourist places in Japan are dirty. Although a lot of money would be required to clean the coasts, leaving the sea dirty will lead to a decrease in the number of tourists visiting Japan.
The second reason is that there are old buildings. For instance, I often see that Japan's historic places are too old, particularly castles and so on. Some people might say keeping them old is a positive thing because they can feel the historical aspects of the architecture. However, keeping them in a state of disrepair does not make sense.
For the reasons above, it is a good thing for Japan to do more to protect its historic sites. (149 words)

日本は史跡を守るためにもっとやるべきだと思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
最初の理由は、いくつかの汚い観光地があるということです。たとえば、日本の沿岸の観光地のほとんどは汚れています。海岸をきれいにするのに多額のお金が必要ですが、海を汚したままにしておくと、日本を訪れる観光客の数が減ります。
第二の理由は、古い建物があることです。たとえば、日本の歴史的な場所、特に城などは古すぎることがよくあります。建築の歴史的側面を感じることができるので、古くしておくことは前向きなことだと言う人もいるかもしれません。しかし、それらを荒廃した状態に保つことは意味がありません。
