こんばんは！英検準1級対策をやっている、英語専門個別指導塾（那覇長田校・田原校・オンライン校）です!



今回は現在指導中の小学生（男子）の英検準1級ライティングの添削済解答例です♪

英検準1級2019年度3回(2020年1月実施)ライティング問題より


   I think that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers. I have two reasons to support my view. 
   The first reason is that their salaries are too low. For example, many companies do not pay for overtime work even though according to the law, it is illegal to do so. Some people might say that their salaries are not low but there are more people who say their salaries are too low. 
  The second reason is that many people have a bad work-life balance because of their work. For instance, some people do not have enough time to bond with their family due to having to go to work even during holidays. Although it may be due to their lack of efficiency to finish their work quickly, to some extent, the pressure from their companies forces them to work even harder. 
   Based on the two reasons above, companies should provide more comfortable workplaces for employees. (159 words)

企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要があるか？

　企業は労働者の扱い方を改善する必要があると思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
　最初の理由は彼らの給料が低すぎるということです。たとえば、法律では違法であるにもかかわらず、多くの企業は残業代を支払っていません。給料は低くないと言う人もいるかもしれませんが、給料が低すぎると言う人は多いです。
　第二の理由は、多くの人が仕事のために仕事と生活のバランスが悪いことです。たとえば、休暇中でも出勤しなければならないため、家族との絆を深める時間がない人もいます。仕事を早く終わらせるのは効率が悪いせいかもしれませんが、ある程度、会社からのプレッシャーでさらに頑張らざるを得なくなっています。
　上記の2つの理由に基づいて、企業は従業員により快適な職場を提供する必要があります。
