Is it beneficial for workers to change jobs frequently?

I think it is good for workers to change jobs often. There are two reasons for this.
First, changing jobs helps people find a job they like. If you try different jobs, you can learn what kind of work makes you happy. Even if you do not find the perfect job, it is better than staying in a job you do not like.
Second, changing jobs helps people meet new people. If you work in the same place for a long time, you will meet fewer people. Staying in one job can help you become good friends with your co-workers, but it does not give you new chances to learn or grow.
For these reasons, I think it is good for workers to change jobs often. (119 words)

働く人がよく仕事を変えることは良いことだと思いますか？
私は、働く人がよく仕事を変えることは良いことだと思います。理由は2つあります。
まず、仕事を変えると、自分が好きな仕事を見つけることができるからです。いろいろな仕事を試してみると、自分がどんな仕事をしているときに幸せを感じるかが分かります。完璧な仕事が見つからなくても、嫌いな仕事を続けるよりは良いです。
