Do you think that Japanese consumers will buy more imported products in the future?
2019年度1回(2019年6月実施)ライティング問題より
I think that Japanese consumers will buy more imported products in the future. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that imported products are cheaper than the products made in Japan. In addition to that, the quality of imported products is getting as high as the domestic ones with the development of technology. Therefore, the consumer can purchase the products which are not only good but also cheap.
The second reason is that more people are interested in other countries because of globalization. For example, sushi, one of the Japanese foods, is very popular all over the world. Also, people in Japan are curious about foreign food with the increase of people who come to Japan.
For the reasons above, I believe that Japanese consumers will buy more imported products in the future. (138 words)

将来的には日本の消費者は輸入品をもっと買うと思いますか？
将来的には日本の消費者は輸入品をもっと買うと思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、輸入品が日本製より安いからです。それに加えて、技術の進歩により、輸入製品の品質は国内製品と同じくらい高くなっています。したがって、消費者は、良いだけでなく安い製品を購入することができます。
第二の理由は、グローバル化により、他国に関心を持つ人が増えていることです。たとえば、日本食のひとつである寿司は、世界中で非常に人気があります。また、日本に来る人が増えるにつれ、日本人は外国料理に興味を持っています。
以上の理由から、今後、日本の消費者は輸入品をより多く購入することになると思います。
