     I do not think a high salary is the most important thing when choosing a job. I have two reasons.
     First, working is a social responsibility. When we do work that helps others or society, people thank us, and we feel happy. Some people say money is more important, but money cannot give us true happiness forever.
     Second, the workplace environment is also very important. Even if the salary is high, we cannot feel happy if the job is stressful. Some people say they can stand stress for money, but if they lose their health, it is not worth it.
     For these reasons, I think a high salary is not the most important thing when choosing a job. (118 words)

　私は、仕事を探すときに高い給料が最も重要だとは思いません。理由は2つあります。
　1つ目は、働くことには社会的責任があるからです。社会の役に立つ仕事をすることで、周りの人から感謝され、自分自身も幸せな気持ちになります。もちろん、お金の方が大切だという意見もありますが、お金で得られる幸せには限りがあります。
　2つ目は、職場の環境のほうが大切だからです。たとえ給料が高くても、ストレスが多い職場では、気持ちよく働くことはできません。高い給料をもらえるなら多少のストレスは我慢できるという人もいますが、健康を害してしまっては意味がないと思います。
　以上の理由から、私は仕事を探すときに高い給料が最も重要なことだとは考えていません。
