If I start a new business I would like to open a specialty soup restaurant serving soup with lots of ingredients. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that I think a lot of people lack nutrition. Actually, many people are malnourished. Some might say that most of us eat out mainly just to have something delicious and not for something nutritious. Therefore, a few people choose restaurants in consideration of nutrition, but I would target all those niche consumers.
The second reason is that I would like to create a better workplace for women who are taking care of children. We can prepare the soup anytime. It does not have to be during a restaurant's operating hours. The working schedule for cooks can be arranged flexibly. Therefore it is good for women who struggle to manage their time due to household responsibilities and raising children.
For the reasons above, if I started a business I would open a restaurant that serves speciality soup containing a variety of ingredients. (174 words)

新規事業を始めたら、具材たっぷりのスープ専門店を開店したいと思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、多くの人が栄養不足だと思うからです。実際、多くの人が栄養不足です。私たちのほとんどは、栄養価の高いものではなく、おいしいものを食べるためだけに外食していると言う人もいるかもしれません。そのため、栄養を考慮してレストランを選ぶ人もいますが、私はそれらすべてのニッチな消費者をターゲットにします。
第二の理由は、子どもの世話をしている女性にとって、より良い職場を作りたいということです。いつでもスープをご用意できます。レストランの営業時間内である必要はありません。料理人の勤務スケジュールを柔軟に調整できます。そのため、家事や育児のために時間を管理するのに苦労している女性にとっては良いことです。
以上の理由から、起業した場合は、さまざまな具材を使った特製スープを提供するレストランをオープンします。
