I think the most important thing for a big company is to make its employees better at their jobs. I have two reasons for this.
Firstly, it helps everyone. Employees need good training to do their jobs well and improve, even if they may not always like it.
Secondly, lots of young workers value learning. This is because they prefer clear instructions compared to having to figuring things out themselves. While some might like more freedom, that is not always possible.
So, in my opinion, the most important thing for a big company is to help its employees work better. (100 words)
