     I agree that advances in science and technology have made our lives better because they give us many advantages. I have two reasons to support my view. 
     The first reason is that we can use phones to communicate with people who are far away. For example, when any of our friends are in another country, we can contact them easily. Some people might say that sending letters can also help us communicate with each other, but using cellphones is more effective. 
     The second reason is that there are many good products that do not harm the environment. Currently, air conditioners and cars do not use many natural resources. Although bad products are being used in the world, their numbers are decreasing. 
     For these reasons, I believe that our lives have improved because of the advances in science and technology. (139 words)

　科学技術の進歩は私たちに多くの利点をもたらすので、私たちの生活をより良くしたことに同意します。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
　第一の理由は、電話を使って遠くにいる人とコミュニケーションをとることができるからです。たとえば、友達が他の国にいるときは、簡単に連絡できます。手紙を送ることもお互いのコミュニケーションに役立つと言う人もいるかもしれませんが、携帯電話を使う方が効果的です。
　第二の理由は、環境に害を及ぼさない優れた製品がたくさんあるということです。現在、エアコンや自動車は多くの天然資源を使用していません。世界では悪い製品が使われていますが、その数は減っています。
　これらの理由から、科学技術の進歩により、私たちの生活は向上したと思います。
