I agree that high school education in Japan needs to be improved. I have two reasons to support my opinion.
The first reason is that there are a lot of people who cannot speak English. When foreigners visit Japan and they ask something to a Japanese person, they can’t answer them. That might make foreigners feel unwelcome. Although foreigners can use apps like Google Translate, Japan should try to increase the number of competent English speakers so that foreigners feel welcome. In terms of globalization, that will benefit tourism.
The second reason is that the quality of teaching is bad. Some people may say that it depends on the students’ efforts also, but it is the teacher’s responsibility to get good results.
For these reasons, I believe that high school education in Japan should be improved. (136 words)

日本の高校教育を改善する必要があるか
日本の高校教育を改善する必要があることに同意します。私の意見を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、英語が話せない人が多いからです。外国人が日本を訪れて日本人に何かを尋ねると、答えられません。それは外国人を歓迎しないと感じるかもしれません。外国人はGoogle翻訳のようなアプリを使うことができますが、日本は外国人が歓迎されていると感じるように、有能な英語を話す人の数を増やすように努めるべきです。グローバリゼーションの観点から、それは観光に利益をもたらすでしょう。
